Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! It is also the time I am the most hungry so I enjoy creating different types of filling and delicious meals (especially with fruit). This yogurt parfait makes a great afternoon snack as well!
- Half of a ripe peach
- One small container of Skyr yogurt (I used vanilla)
- Handful of muesli
- Handful of cherries
- Slice peach into thin slivers and cover the bottom and sides of the bowl
- Add handful of muesli on top of peach slices
- Scoop yogurt on top of muesli
- Cut cherries in half and remove pits and add to bowl
You can change up the flavor of the yogurt, choose different fruit or cover everything in coconut flakes and honey- the possibilities are endless!
